Thinking Theologically About Mental Health: Lessons from the Sanctuary Youth Series
How does our understanding of what it means to be human shape the way we approach mental health? Drawing on her experience in psychology, counselling, and theology, the author explores how an integrated understanding of body, mind, and soul can help Christians approach mental health challenges with greater compassion. Through the Sanctuary Youth Series, she shows how theology and psychological insights can work together to support young people, foster meaningful relationships, and remind us that faith and mental health care are not in competition.
