Julie Lane Gay is a writer, editor, and trained horticulturist. She writes frequently on gardening and the flora of the Pacific Northwest, as well as the theological implications of our relationship with the natural world. She is a catechist at St. John's Vancouver Anglican Church. She is the author of The Riches of Your Grace: Living in the Book of Common Prayer (IVP Formatio, 2024) was published in 2024, and served as the Editor of CRUX from 2008 to 2025.
