Mardi Dolfo-Smith is Executive Pastor at Coquitlam Alliance Church. She has been in Christian leadership for 38 years and a pastor for the last 24, focusing on leadership development in the church context. She is a graduate of Regent College in Old Testament Studies and is Chair of the Alliance Women in Leadership Collective. She is married to Toni and they have four adult children.
